Does Vesta Grove app work offline?
Yes, Vesta Grove app works offline.
But, if you are a paid subscriber you will need brief internet access to keep Mushroom Circle unlocked.
I can't read the text on the app. Is there a way to fix that?
Yes, you can go to the menu under Settings/Toggles and flip on accessibility toggle. This will make all text Verdana and easier to read. You can also check your zoom settings in your phone's display section. Just be aware that zooming too much can cause the app to look weird or cut off buttons or features.
You can also try changing the color mode in the same area, Settings/Toggles in the app. And you don't even have to leave a room to do that. Just click the menu button and change these things.
My subscription isn't working. What do I do?
I cannot help you with your subscriptions because I don't have access to your information. You will need to contact Lemon Squeezy for any subscription issues.
If you have your subscription up to date, make sure you are connected to the internet so the app can interact with Lemon Squeezy.
*Make sure you save your key that Lemon Squeezy will give you somewhere safe so you can activate your subscription.*
I am on IOS, does this app work with iPhone or iPads?
Yes, it does. Just be aware that IOS can sometimes wipe data if you aren't using the app every now and then. This means you could lose your Quest Companion calendar settings, shopping list settings, Favorites in other rooms, etc...
I don't care for the voice that is used for the Read Aloud button. Can I change it?
Yes, you can. The app just hooks up to your device's TTS. So, whatever voice your TTS is using as a default will be the voice you hear in the app. You can change it but you'll need to find that information for your specific device.
The Read Aloud button isn't working. What do I do?
You must toggle on the voice feature in Settings/Toggle in the menu. It can take a few seconds for it to work.
*Make sure you have your volume on your device turned up too.*
