                                         Instructions to Download Vesta Grove App

This app is a PWA (Progressive Web App) A PWA app works very much like any app you would download from an app store.  But it is a bit different in how it's downloaded. 

Read the instruction for your device. 

I do not recommend the app for ipads or computers. (Though it will work either way)

This app was designed for cell phone use only. 

*You may need to adjust your zoom display settings on your device if buttons are cut off or crammed together. *

What device do you use?

iPhone & iPad

1. Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.

2. Click the link at the bottom of this instruction panel.

3. Look at the bottom of your screen and tap the Share button (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing up).

4. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".

5. The app will now appear on your home screen like a regular app. You can open it by tapping the icon.

All set! Your app is ready to use. It works even when you're offline!

Android

1. Open Chrome (or your web browser) on your Android phone or tablet.

2. Click the link at the bottom of this instruction panel.

3. Tap the three dots menu in the top right corner.

4. Tap "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".

5. Follow the prompts and tap "Install".

6. The app will now appear on your home screen like a regular app. You can open it by tapping the icon.

All set! Your app is ready to use. It works even when you're offline!

Computer (Mac or Windows) Not recommended. But you can still download if you want.

1. Open Chrome (or Edge, Brave, etc.) on your computer.

2. Click the link at the bottom of this instruction panel.

3. Look at the top right of the address bar. You should see an install icon (it may look like a small square or house with a plus sign).

4. Click on it and select "Install".

5. A new window will open with the app ready to use.

6. You can also find the app in your computer's app menu or on your desktop.

All set! Your app is ready to use. It works even when you're offline!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

⚠️ This app saves everything on YOUR device

Your app settings, like your color choices and toggles, are stored on your phone or computer. They are NOT saved in the cloud.

⚠️ Deleting the app removes everything

If you delete this app from your device, all your settings will be erased. You can always download it again, but your preferences will be gone and you'll need to set them up again.

💳 Do you have a subscription? SAVE YOUR KEY!

If you are a paid subscriber, you will get a special subscription key from Lemon Squeezy. Write this key down or save it somewhere safe (like a note app or email).

If you delete the app or get a new device, you will need this key to get your subscription back. Without it, you may lose access to your subscription features.

Pro tip: Save your subscription key in your phone's notes app or email it to yourself! 

If you do lose the key, you will have to go to Lemon Squeezy and find your account to get the key. 

I cannot help you with any subscriptions or getting the key for you. 

I do not have access to your account on Lemon Squeezy.
