The Story of Vesta Grove

Hi. I’m Luna Willow, the creator of Vesta Grove.

Every feature in Vesta Grove grew out of my own healing journey.

Every picture here is a real place…somewhere I've lived, visited, or wandered through while finding my way. Some I took while building this app. Some I took years ago, when the journey was just beginning.

These are the places that became the rooms in Vesta Grove.

And now, I'd like to walk you through them.

The Clearing "Journey of self-acceptance"

This is my forest where I live and where Vesta Grove was born. The forest doesn't judge. It just is. We can learn to just be and accept who we are.

Boundary Scripts "Journey of finding your voice"

That tree sits in front of the window, where I sit each day, creating Vesta Grove. And in that same place, is where I found my voice and set tough boundaries.

This bridge was in the place where I found a new life. I was unhealed then, and just beginning to learn to come back to myself

The road here seems desolate and lonely and going nowhere. But just after that hill there is a little town with friendly and helpful people.

Here is where I learned to breathe again, and ground myself back into my body.

Life lives there in the roots of those trees. They may be tangled, but they navigate through the forest floor. They push through barriers and make new paths and connections.

The rocks in this river separate cold water and hot springs. Just one small step either way.

I had so much fun here in this place. Laughing and playing around, and watching the fish swim in that crystal clear water.

At 10,000 feet elevation, the scenery was beautiful but overwhelming. I was anxious of being in the wild. But I stayed for a bit and made wonderful memories in this place.
